1. Automatic feeding, inner diameter of the reel is φ75MM, material thickness is 0.15MM, material width is 50MM, capable of accommodating a material length of 200 meters.
2. The cutter is required to slit the roll into 16 strips of 2.0MM±0.05MM, with no visually apparent differences in thickness. Slitting must be thorough. Fluctuations or snake-like deviations within one meter should not exceed 0.1MM.
3. The cutter's lifespan should not be less than 3000 hours, and replacement is simple and convenient, taking no more than 2 hours for two people, including alignment time. Alignment should not exceed 20 minutes, and each alignment should support at least 50 hours of operation.
