Cassette (Wafer Frame Box): In LED chip packaging, there is a process called wafer expanding, where the entire LED wafer membrane is evenly stretched. This separates the closely arranged LED dies attached to the membrane surface, facilitating die bonding. At this time, storing the expanded chips is particularly important. Many companies typically use an LED wafer expansion cassette for storage and handling to ensure that the newly expanded products are not damaged by external impacts and to enhance the production efficiency in the workshop.
