This equipment is an automated circular cap assembly machine. The equipment uses double vibrating bowl feeders, a turntable structure design, and multiple mechanical arms to grasp products. The equipment is stable and durable, making it a mature mass production device. It includes comprehensive engineering drawings of the entire equipment, very detailed, making it a complete and valuable resource.
Designed with SolidWorks2012, the model provides the original design files, including assemblies, parts, engineering drawings, PDF engineering drawings, and BOM tables. The original file is 340MB without including the stp document, and 188MB after compression. An additional stp file is included.
