The 600 centrifugal cleaning machine is mainly used for the removal of dust and impurities from wafers, CMOS bodies, substrates, CCD shells, holders, Holder+IR, lenses, VCM, etc. Since the machine operates in a cleanroom, all materials are made of SUS316. The machine features a low-noise, pollution-free design specifically for cleanrooms.
