Z-type conveyor

Z-type conveyor, this model was created using SolidWorks 2016, and it is non-parametric and editable. The motor reducer is directly driven, and the conveyor design model diagram features a Z-type aluminum profile bracket with a triple-support structure. It is very convenient to use and is widely applied in various modern industrial enterprises, such as underground roadways in mines, mine surface transportation systems, open-pit mining sites, and mineral processing plants. According to conveying process requirements, it can be operated as a single conveyor or combined with multiple units or other conveying equipment to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems, to meet the needs of operation lines in different layout configurations. The mechanical structure design is relatively complex, but the model drawn here is very clear. You are welcome to download and study it, as it is very helpful for future learning and design.
