The mainboard PSA pressing of wristbands is suitable for pressing equipment such as wireless earphones and wristbands. After manually removing the film and completing the bonding, the PSA is placed into a designated jig for positioning, then inserted into the equipment for automatic pressing. The pressure is applied using weights, ensuring stable and reliable pressure. The Z-axis is driven by a cylinder.
Jig Functions:
Attach the Membrane and Snout onto the Mic. The cylinder drives the weights to complete the product attachment pressing. Dino checks and verifies the process.
