This equipment is used for durability life testing of interlock devices on washing machine and refrigerator lids or doors, as well as pull force testing when the door is locked, to verify the reliable performance of the interlock devices. It is also used to assist other tests by repeatedly opening and closing actions, such as defrosting tests and refrigerant leakage tests.
Test Principle: The mechanical arm is driven by a motor to actuate the door clip or vacuum suction cup holding the door or lid at a certain speed in a back-and-forth opening and closing motion, thereby verifying the reliability of the interlock device. A force sensor is installed on the mechanical arm, forming a closed-loop control with the servo motor, which can precisely control and measure the opening force value.
