This drawing includes a 2.5 double-layer fast chain, visual dispensing, tooling clamp positioning, 5 stations with servo screwdriving, as well as stations for visual inspection. The design is very detailed, and it is possible to produce the drawings for processing. This solution was processed and used in 2018, with good feedback after on-site customer debugging. The design software is SolidWorks 2017, and the drawing format is X_T, which is convenient for users to download.
