UV Dispensing Curing Machine is imported into automated equipment to achieve automated dispensing and UV curing of screens, enhancing productivity and saving manpower.
Brief Description of Action Flow
Start the system, adjust the conveying speed, adjust the material width, and select the appropriate program.
Employees manually place the workpiece on the loading position of the conveyor belt trough.
Once the workpiece reaches the adjustment frame, it will be precisely positioned and the machine will complete the dispensing operation.
After dispensing, the workpiece flows to the leveling section for glue leveling.
The leveled workpiece flows into the UV component for UV curing.
After light curing is complete, the workpiece flows to the flipping position, where the flipping mechanism turns the workpiece 180°, and then sends it to conveyor belt 2.
On conveyor belt 2, the workpiece also completes dispensing and UV curing, following the same process as production line 1.
Once light curing is complete, the workpiece flows to the unloading position for manual removal.
