The uncoiler is a specialized piece of equipment for leveling metal sheets. It is used for straightening steel plates and uneven plates, and can form cutting production lines and other sheet product lines in conjunction with relevant configurations. It is suitable for industries such as machinery, vehicles, metal products, home appliances, steel structures, and decoration. The uncoiler is positioned at the front end of the entry section of the line, corresponding to coil car №1 and №2. One of the roles of the uncoiler in the line is to perform uncoiling while maintaining back tension on the strip, and another significant role is to achieve automatic centering of the strip under Center Position Control (CPC).
