Two-Station Hot Riveting Welding Machine

The hot riveting welding machine is widely applicable for the hot riveting of PDAs, mobile phones, clocks, micro plastic motors, relay contact copper sheets, MP3, MP4, CD players, car door panels, engine covers, dashboards, etc. It can be used to simultaneously rivet multiple products at once. The hot riveting welding machine (also known as a hot riveting machine or hot melting machine, with the full name being a hot melt point welding machine) is used to connect components made of different materials. It enables the interconnection between thermosetting plastic and thermoplastic components, or the connection between plastic components and metal. This equipment possesses good operational efficiency, with all actuating mechanisms able to operate simultaneously or separately. It facilitates quick mold changes; all moving parts use linear bearings, cylinders, and guide shafts to ensure smooth and precise motion.
