3-meter wrapping machine The 3m wrapping machine is composed of an aluminum profile body, roller system [main drive silicone roller (Φ220, 1 unit), adjustable driven silicone roller (Φ220, 1 unit), driven silicone pressure roller (Φ120, 1 unit), tension light roller (Φ120, 2 units), steering light roller (Φ120, 3 units), rubber cloth clamping roller (Φ120, 3 units), air expansion shaft (Φ76, 3 units)], pneumatic system, and electrical control system. (See: equipment composition and outline drawing) The machine body is assembled from 100×100 heavy-duty industrial aluminum profiles, making installation simple and adjustment convenient. The effective width of the roller system is 3200mm, suitable for fabrics below 3000. The pneumatic system fully adopts German FESTO pneumatics.
