Quickly load various types of screws (adjustable). The screws move to the rotating glass plate after linear vibration. Four visual systems take photos of the screws on the rotating glass plate from different angles: top-down, bottom-up, horizontal, and 45-degree angled shots. Through analysis by the visual system's software, values such as the screw pitch, screw length, whether the screw has threads, and whether there are any notches on the screw can be determined. This screw locking machine can detect different screw size parameters through the visual system.
