Tape Forming Machine

After the banding packaging machine's electrical and pneumatic connections are properly made, if it is a heat sealing package, allow the knife to reach the appropriate temperature and adjust the carrier tape and air supply pressure. Use manual or automatic feeding equipment to place the SMD components into the carrier tape. The motor rotates to pull the cover tape and the formed carrier tape to the sealing position, where the cover tape is on top and the carrier tape is below. The two blades, heated up, press onto the cover tape and carrier tape, sealing the SMD component port on the carrier tape. This achieves the purpose of packaging the SMD components. Then, the take-up reel winds up the packaged carrier tape.
