Stator Riveting Machine

This product is used in the assembly workshop for air conditioner manufacturers' duct motor stator housings. It performs riveting assembly of the rolled sheet metal housing and the stator, while also rivet-pressing the stator's axial locating ring on the circumferential surface to fix the stator axially. The operator places the stator on the lower mold, then puts the rolled sheet metal housing on the stator, and presses the start button. The upper mold is driven down by the oil cylinder (the downward process is divided into an initial fast downward press and a final decelerated press). After the upper mold has riveted the housing into place, it holds pressure for 0.5 seconds. The side pressing mechanism operates by riveting the axial locating ring using an air-oil booster cylinder.
