This model set is designed using SolidWorks 2018 and is used for the shaping and inspection of stator and rotor cores in motor manufacturing plants. The cores are loaded via a conveyor belt, and a gripper transports the core to the riveting station for shaping. After shaping, it is moved to the inspection station by a transport mechanism, where a laser displacement sensor checks the core's thickness. Upon passing inspection, a camera captures an image to inspect the product's appearance. The file package includes formats such as STEP, XT, IGS, and EASM for convenient use.
