Spray Line Workstation Design: This spray line is an automated continuous online spray painting workstation, utilizing a six-axis robot for painting. A suspension conveying mechanism passes through the spray booth carrying the workpieces. Once the workpieces enter the spray booth, they begin to rotate to ensure that the product can be sprayed without any blind spots.
