This model is a soap production line, mainly composed of a three-roll mill, semi-finished product conveyor belt, vacuum extrusion machine, cutting machine, finished product conveyor belt, control box, etc. The drawings do not include the control box part. The production capacity of this line is about 300kg/h, requiring 3-5 workers. The production of soap and transparent soap uses a rolling imprint cutting machine, while the production of soap uses a cooling printer.
