The SMT online iCT and FCT dual-layer automatic testing machine is a multifunctional fully automatic ICT and FCT testing machine. This equipment is a multifunctional testing machine that can operate both online and offline. The functional principle is: the PCB is brought into the testing machine from the connection platform and detected by a sensor. The conveyor belt inside the device, driven by a cylinder, lowers the entire set of belts and the PCB to the bottom test needle board, allowing all the solder joints of the PCB to make contact with the probe and start the test. At the same time, a cylinder above the PCB also descends to press the board in place for testing. A few seconds later, when the test is complete, the cylinder drives the conveyor belt to return to its original position, indicating that testing is complete, and the PCB starts to flow out to the unloading connection platform position. The unloading board machine begins collecting the boards. If a defect is detected upfront, when the board flows out, the device will sound an alarm. At this point, the board will not be collected until a person manually removes the defective product. This device operates in a cyclical manner. Other features include ICT and FCT defect testing of PCB circuits, short circuit faults on circuit boards, various high-voltage tests of capacitors and inductors, etc. The line is composed of four sections: the PCB loading machine to the connection platform delivery board, then to the line testing machine, the unloading connection platform, and the unloading machine. If the top layer needs to be used, the front and back connection tables should be replaced with lifts to enable simultaneous operation of both layers.
