The slitting mechanism of the slitting machine is a maturely applied mechanism, used in various types of film slitting machines such as lithium battery electrodes, plastic films, mask melt-blown fabrics, etc. The upper and lower blades operate in tandem for rolling cuts, utilizing Toyo slitting blades from Japan with micron-level coaxiality. This mechanism is installed as an independent unit on the equipment, allowing for quick disassembly and blade replacement. It also includes a powder brushing and dust collection mechanism, as well as a fine-tuning mechanism. The SolidWorks files are editable with parameters and include the stp format.
