The mechanism of this equipment is designed with SW2016 and includes editable part features. It is mainly aimed at the online production of soldering operations for the second-stage products after burning, with automatic loading and unloading, automatic alignment, automatic flux application, and simultaneous operation with multiple pressure heads for high-efficiency production. It is suitable for high-density FPC/FFC and PCB, FPC hot press soldering production processes. Heating method: pulse heating, with adjustable heating stages, contact temperature, separation temperature, and one to four-stage working temperature difference accuracy of ±5℃. Working air pressure: 0.5 --- 0.7 Mpa. Main power supply specification: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz, 12KW, includes STP and UG universal editable formats.
