This device is specifically developed for cylindrical and elliptical ball type products, aiming to print surface logos or other patterns. Patterns are engraved on a steel plate, and a scraper applies ink over the pattern. The silicone pad picks up ink from the pattern, presses down on the product to transfer the pattern, and then the baking equipment quickly dries the ink. The rotary table cycle is driven by a servo screw rod, which moves the chain. The combination of servo screw rod drive and the extensibility of the printing machine allows for color printing that can vary from 1 to 6 colors (the designed range of the device). If customer demand is greater, further expansion can be done. It supports both monochrome printing and color overlay (i.e., printing multiple colors at once). For monochrome printing, this device can print 48 pieces at a time, taking 4-6 seconds, averaging around 10 prints per second, which is very efficient. Over 20 units have been shipped so far. This is shared for reference, especially helpful for those interested in oval cycle handling.
