Single-Spindle Three-Servo Precision Lathe 3D + Engineering Drawing

This machine is suitable for high-precision automatic turning of various motor rotors. The single-tool three-servo precision lathe uses three Mitsubishi servo motors, imported PLC programming control, and a color touch screen control. The feed and cutting positions can be precisely set, and multiple turning operations can be performed. The feed amount and cutting amount are displayed on the touch screen. The servo feed speed is uniform with high precision, and carbide V-blocks support the rotor shaft. The bearing section is equipped with an automatic oil spray device, a high-hardness gemstone cutter head, and automatic outer circle turning by belt friction. The electrical and mechanical interlock design ensures safety and reliability. All actions are completed in one go, making it easy and convenient for manual loading and unloading of workpieces. An engineering drawing is included.
