Shaft Component Length Measuring Machine

For many spindle-like components with strict length requirements, verifying the machined length is essential. Traditionally, manual measurements are slow and prone to errors, but this device addresses that problem. The device features an automatic slide feed system, automatic sorting with a sorting cylinder, and a rotating cylinder that drives the V-groove wheel to position sorted components within the V-groove and secures them with a clamping cylinder. At this point, the measuring system gauges the length pneumatically, and unqualified pieces are sorted at the end. This equipment holds significant reference value.
