A mechanism for adjusting the angle of a rotating disc through a screw. This mechanism includes a handle. Turning the handle clockwise causes the rotating disc to turn clockwise, driven by the screw. One full turn of the handle results in a 1-degree rotation of the disc. Conversely, turning the handle counterclockwise for one full turn results in a 1-degree counterclockwise rotation of the disc.
