Screen Magnet Assembly Inspection Machine Operation Process:
1. Tray is manually loaded into the equipment for positioning;
2. The product is manually placed into a side clamping fixture for positioning;
3. Height inspection module checks the product's height and whether it is installed;
4. Magnet XYZ pick-up module picks and assembles the material into the product;
5. CCD vision module inspects whether the product is installed correctly;
6. Scan and store the corresponding data.
