This machine is suitable for the pin welding process of popular smartwatches like Xiaomi, Apple, Huawei, etc. It is fast and precise. It uses a ten-station turntable, a DF70 indexer, and is driven by a 750W motor. Material feeding is done via a vibrating plate, followed by orientation positioning, welding, and pressure testing after welding. Defective products are sorted for discharge. Designed in SolidWorks 2019 version, parameters are editable. A neutral format is also available for opening in other software.
