The equipment uses a Yaskawa 15KG robot to perform ultrasonic welding on car front panels, with the ultrasonic welding head mounted at the front end of the robot.
Since the car front panel is quite large, a fixture is used for loading. The product is manually placed onto the fixture and secured.
A feeding platform transports the product to the robot's working position. Another feeding platform returns the welded product. In this way, the two platforms alternate in feeding.
The robot is wall-mounted.
