The RJ45 connector crimp test machine is manually assembled with a casing, PCB components, and pins, which are then placed into the straight vibration-feeding, claw extraction shifting, claw extraction guiding, crimping, claw clamping, and subsequent station for conduction testing. It is currently in use. Due to one-to-one testing, the operation time is too long, and the capacity can only reach 20 pcs/min. It just meets customer needs, with one person assembly time being around 4 seconds, saving a total of 2 operators for crimping and testing.
