This equipment uses a servo feeding method. After being automatically sorted by the vibratory bowl, it is shifted by a cylinder to the PIN insertion station. The work sequence of the machine is PIN insertion, bending, plastic cover assembly, snap insertion, continuity testing, CCD appearance inspection, and reasonable machine arrangement. Many mechanism parts can be directly applied to other connector insertion machines.
