Back Cover Assembly and Bonding Machine Operation Process:
1. The tray is manually loaded onto the device's turntable for positioning.
2. The module picks up the product and places it into the reflow line fixture.
3. The fixture is supplied to the labeling area through the circulating line.
4. The label dispenser releases labels, and the labeling module picks and bonds the label.
5. After bonding is complete, the line circulates to the unloading module, which transfers the products to the storage bin. A full bin prompts manual unloading.
