The pusher plate progressive die process is as follows: punch four holes and create the middle convex groove ------ cut the right-side bending scrap corner --- bend upwards ----- punch the left-side bending scrap ----- bend downwards ---- head bending ----- separate the workpiece. The parameters related to the mechanism and the parts cannot be edited, and the mechanism has been verified for reasonable design. The drawing is in the general STEP format, which can be opened with conventional 3D software.
