The laser cutting equipment uses a servo motor to drive a ball screw for transmission. The XY module completes the cutting action, and the feeding module uses a screw servo drive method for material supply. The automatic alignment mechanism uses a cylinder drive method for positioning, ensuring stability and consistency on the laser cutting surface.
The entire machine uses PLC control to reduce frequent manual operations, saving costs. The file contains the x-t universal format, and mechanical designers are welcome to download and study.
