The latest developed automatic assembly machine for printer components, this equipment automatically assembles multiple parts together. Parts are delivered and distributed by a vibrating feeder, and a finger cylinder picks and places them into the assembly position, finally producing a finished product. There are 10 cylinders with an integrated linkage structure, which is an excellent concept worth studying and referencing.
Bearing assembly involves combining two sets of inner ring components, an outer ring, and a spacer ring. The thickness dimension of the spacer ring controls the desired axial play of the bearing.
