PPCS96-8 Air Chamber Pulse Bag Dust Collector

PPCS96-8 Air Chamber Pulse Bag Dust Collector
Premium
Dust Removal Process The dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the intake port. Larger dust particles directly fall into the ash hopper, while gas containing fine dust particles passes through the filter bags. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, and the cleaned gas is exhausted into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. Cleaning Process With the continuous operation of the filtration process, more dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags, increasing the operational resistance of the dust collector. The transition valve of a specific filtration unit closes, and the unit stops working. Compressed air is blown in reverse into the filtration unit, cleaning the dust off the outer surface of the filter bags. Afterward, the transition valve plate reopens, and the filtration unit resumes operation. The cleaning process then moves to the next filtration unit. The entire cleaning process involves each filtration unit taking turns in sequence.
