A toolbox model design. A toolbox is a type of container that can store various tools, and it is used in industries such as electrical, electronics, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance. This toolbox utilizes an aluminum frame to increase strength. The design of this flat frame differs from the aluminum frames typically used in standard suitcases; it has a completely flat cross-section that does not take up internal space. The exterior of the frame features a reinforcing rib to ensure adequate strength is achieved. Inside, the toolbox is integrated with EPP foam molding, ensuring that the tools inside do not shift and are protected from various external impacts. The toolbox measures 16.5 inches, making it small, sophisticated, and easy to carry. The internal components are all one-to-one physical models, and the mold for the box can directly support aluminum mold production through ABS vacuum forming. Welcome to download.
