The equipment consists of a robot and an automatic buffing wheel polishing device, an automatic waxing device, a belt sander structure, a machine frame cover, and a control system.
Operators place the product to be polished on the fixture of the robot. The robot automatically polishes the product according to the set program. After polishing, the robot stops at the initial position. The operator takes out the polished product and places a new product that needs polishing. The polishing cycle does not require manual participation, saving human resources.
It can be widely applied to industries requiring polishing and grinding. It has broad versatility.
