Introduction to Action Process: 1. Then, the pick-and-place three-axis places the secondarily positioned products, taking 3 pcs at a time, into the polishing machine fixture. This process is done four times to place a total of 12 pcs, and then the polishing machine starts working; 3. While the polishing machine is working, the three-axis extracts 12 pcs of raw materials from the material frame and places them in secondary positioning; 4. After the polishing machine finishes working, the three-axis extracts 3 pcs of finished materials from the polishing machine and places them in the secondary positioning temporary storage. Then, it picks 3 pcs of raw materials from secondary positioning to place them into the polishing machine fixture. This cycle is repeated four times. The polishing machine works, and simultaneously, the three-axis transfers finished materials from secondary positioning to the material frame. Once completed, the three-axis transfers raw materials from the material frame to secondary positioning, repeating this cycle. 5. When the three-axis does not pick and place raw and finished materials, the material frame will be soaked in the water tank; 6. After the raw material frame is emptied and the finished material frame is full, the AGV cart will come to take away the full finished material frame, place the empty raw material frame in the finished material frame position, and then place the fully loaded raw material frame it carries into the raw material frame position.
