Plastic and iron part automatic assembly equipment uses continuous roll stock. The iron parts are embedded and automatically loaded into the injection molding machine, fed and cut to length via a ratchet mechanism, then bent. A robot arm places the iron parts into the mold. After injection molding, the unloading robot arm removes the product, which then undergoes CCD visual and dimensional inspection. Defective products are sorted out, and good products proceed to unloading.
