Pipeline Interface Mold (UG Design)

This pipeline interface mold includes an outer sleeve and a matching inner sleeve. The outer end of the inner sleeve is equipped with external threads, and the inner wall of the outer sleeve has a groove with a sealing ring inside. The inner end of the inner sleeve is inserted into the outer sleeve. The end of the outer sleeve and the middle section of the inner sleeve are equipped with corresponding clamping flanges. The cross-section of the clamping flanges is trapezoidal, being smaller at the top and larger at the bottom. A sealing ring is placed between the clamping flanges of the outer and inner sleeves. A clamp tightens the flanges of the inner and outer sleeves, thus pressing the outer and inner sleeves together. This pipeline interface can be installed quickly and has good sealing performance.
