PCB arrangement and combination automatic inserter operation process:
This device is a mirror-type device with left and right groups
1. The bin and the tray are placed into the device and positioned manually;
2. The module drives the claw frame to pull the PCB board into the placement area for positioning and clamping;
3. The manipulator picks up the plug-in and inserts it into the PCB board;
4. The bin is switched left and right for continuous feeding without stopping;
5. After completion, unloading is done manually.
