PCB insertion machine, details of the equipment's structure are complete, drawings can be directly produced for processing, and the conveyor can be compatible with multiple products. The width of the conveyor is adjusted by motor drive. The tray feeds via the upper mechanism, a three-axis robot arm clamps the products in the tray and inserts them onto the PCB board, controlled by a servo motor with lead screw for high precision. Capacitors utilize direct vibration feeding, with a four-axis robot and vision insertion.
