Paper Bag Sorting and Packaging Integrated Machine

The design files for the equipment are quite large. The equipment integrates bag separation, conveying, bagging, code spraying, and sorting scanning into one system. In the field of non-standard equipment, it is considered relatively large. Once completed, the equipment can be operated by one person to finish all the steps, indicating a relatively high degree of automation. The separation part of the equipment is a challenge because the manufacturer requires handling five different types of paper bags, each corresponding to a different product. Therefore, a motorized sliding rail was implemented for the cylinder to select the type of paper bag. For detailed information, please refer to the drawings.
