Circular aluminum alloy part batch assembly and feeding machine: 1. Use a tray for loading ---- 2. Stack in layers --- 3. The lower conveyor cylinder lifts and supports the bottom layer --- 4. Lift to the feeding position --- 5. Material grabbing by mechanical gripper --- 6. After grabbing --- 7. The conveyor tray descends and moves to the middle position, lifting the empty tray --- 8. The chuck cylinder extends to support the tray, and the conveyor tray travels to the material grabbing position to repeat the action! The model uses the STP format, contains standard purchased parts, and can be used as a typical tray feeding reference!
