The loading manipulator places the product on the servo transfer platform. The transfer platform moves to the sprue punching position. After the sprue punching is completed, it moves to the buffer pad installation position. The buffer pads are installed in two steps: the front two first, then the rear two. After installation is completed, it moves to the grease application position. After application, the transfer platform runs to the retrieval position, waiting for the manipulator to retrieve. The manipulator retrieves the sprue and products and places the next set of products to be processed. The left and right workstations switch for production.
