OP190 Lock Sleeve Press Fitting 1. Purpose: Oil coating for the steering shaft; press fitting the lock sleeve, bushing, and steering shaft together as required. 2. Equipment Specifications: 1200mm(W)x1400mm(L)x2000mm(Aluminum Profile H). 3. Equipment Technical Parameters 3.1 Equipment Power: 7.5kw; 3.2 Air Supply: ≥ 0.5Mpa clean, oil-free, water-free compressed air. Air consumption: 5L/min. 3.3 Equipment Operation Mode: Product loading/unloading is performed by the operator (manual), oiling and press fitting are completed by the machine (automatic). 3.4 Press Force Monitoring: Press force monitoring: the press machine pressure is 50KN, pressure sensor accuracy is 0.3% FS, the device has a self-calibration function with segmented monitoring curve. 3.5 Press-In Displacement Monitoring: Accuracy ±0.02mm, full travel monitoring. 3.6 Acceptance Criteria: Whether the pressure and displacement are within the acceptable range. 3.7 Position Accuracy: The coaxiality between the press head centering hole and the fixture positioning installation hole is less than 0.05mm, and the perpendicularity between the press head and the workbench surface is 0.05mm. 3.8 Equipment Requirements: The press head adopts a floating mechanism while ensuring rigidity; the press head and fixture are equipped with identifiable sensors, enabling automatic recognition by the device. 3.9 Model Change: The necessary replacement tooling and fixtures are placed under the equipment, with a custom-made placement tray. 3.10 Equipment CPK value ≥1.33; the precision of pressed parts and press fitting accuracy are inspected according to the drawing requirements. 4.
