Equipment Operation Procedure 1) Take the motor, visually inspect for quality, and scan with a code reader (manual 3s) 2) Place the motor into the lower fixture (manual 1s) 3) Take the speed coil, visually inspect for quality, and insert into the upper fixture (manual 2s) 4) Take the RPS coil, visually inspect for quality, and scan with a code reader (manual 3s) 5) Place the RPS coil into the upper fixture, ensure direction with the fixture, vacuum adsorption complete, light on, release (manual 3s) 6) Press the start switch (manual 1s) 7) After the moving door descends to a safe height, the servo press drives the speed coil downward (6s) 8) Pressing ends, the press head automatically retracts (3s) 9) The fixture switching cylinder moves horizontally, moving the motor to the position under the coil press station (2s) 10) The servo press drives the coil downward (6s) 11) Press fitting qualified, the press head automatically retracts, while the moving door ascends (3s) 12) Manually remove the workpiece, transfer to the next process (Alarm for nonconformance, manually remove nonconforming workpiece, place in NG box, trigger NG photoelectric, and reset the system) (manual 2s)
