This equipment is an inline tray changer. The original tray is fed by the upstream device through the conveyor line into the tray changer for positioning. The new tray is supplied by a dual-bin system that allows for tray loading without stopping the machine. The product transfer and tray changing actions are completed using screw rod guides and an XYZU axis with a suction nozzle, driven by a servo motor.
