Online Screw Machine

3. The equipment uses PLC+ touch screen control, manually placing black base shell onto the vibrating disk for linear screw movement. The front part uses a small belt line for the black base shell, and the rear part uses a cylinder for alternating cyclical material transfer. Each station is equipped with two electric screwdrivers simultaneously locking screws, including a detection station and a defective screw removal station. The height of each station is adjustable, which saves production costs and improves work efficiency.
