The fully automatic foam adhesive backing machine is mainly suitable for SMT industries requiring various labels, backing adhesives, and stickers to be applied on circuit boards. It can operate stand-alone or be incorporated with production lines, making the SMT production line smoother and more efficient. After labeling, the system can scan and read tag information in real time and interface with the MES system for data feedback. The feeder peeling component adopts a precision stepping drive and high-precision fiber optic control to ensure stable peeling and accuracy, and includes a vacuum adsorption structure for the backing paper to ensure stable output.
